As a Team Leader in a restaurant setting, your responsibilities will include:
Cooperate in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance management. Play a role in providing guidance, instruction, and ongoing training to Team Members to ensure consistent quality standards and operational efficiency. Be deeply involved in monitoring food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards to maintain consistent quality and safety Play a role in supervising inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. Ensure exceptional customer service by fostering a culture of hospitality among Team Members, addressing customer concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive dining experience. Resolve operational issues, addressing conflicts among Team Members, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
