You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe position leads the HR Compliance Consulting team focused on compliance initiatives for TriNet customers, WSEs and internal TriNet team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers' HR practices and policies are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing TriNet's reputation as a reliable PEO partner.LocationsUnited States (Remote)What you will doOversees and manages direct reports helping to ensure the team is supported, accountable and can carry out their core functionsCoaches and lead colleagues on growth and development as well as procedural and technological initiatives related to the HR Compliance Services.Participates with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational mattersProvide mentoring and leadership for direct and dotted line reports and ensure continued engagement, skill development, and results are metLead, or manage projects in support of strategic corporate initiatives and automated application solutionsCollaborates internally within the team and other business units to create a culture of compliance and inspiring a team to achieve personal goals and career successCommunicate requirements to clients, vendors and internal TriNet teamsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree-PreferredExperience QualificationsTypically 2+ years Managerial Experience-RequiredTypically 5+ years Advanced HR compliance consulting, excellent customer service and client relationship management practices in a complex changing environment-PreferredTypically 5+ years Experience with client success and client satisfaction programs-PreferredSkills and AbilitiesProven expertise in federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Skilled in inspiring and leading a teamStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal requirements and documents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to details and organizational skills.Outstanding partnering, strategic and consulting skillsLeadership development, training and coaching skills that can support all position levels and managementHigh skill level in the design, development and execution of workforce strategies and practices including staffing, learning and development, performance management, and organizational efficiency/team developmentPrioritize and carry out assignments with sound judgement and a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while handling multiple priorities.Must be detail oriented and highly organized.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to effectively meet customer needs and take ownership for customer satisfaction.Solid skills in analytics and working in compliance technologies.
