Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Main programmer/administrator of multiple sales incentive plans within Varicent• Design, build, maintain and extend data models and technical solutions within ICM• Analyze requirements, plan/design system tables, and review/analyze system performance• Work with cross-functional teams to help with incentive plan design, modeling, and analysis• Provide support for compensation activities including merit/bonus cycle and job evaluation• Document incentive compensation policies and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field• 4-7 years of experience in an analytic capacity• Experience in Varicent Incentives required• Experience in HR compensation function preferred• Advanced skills in MS Office tools, Excel, PowerPoint• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential information• Proactive, problem-solving, decision-making, and deadline-meeting abilities
