SALARY PLUS COMMISSION/BONUSES $50K+YR.PONTENTIAL . Lone star Distributing is a local distributor of a 109yr.old American made product and we are currently in an expansion phase. We need a recruiter for our sales department, who will help us continue our growth. Recruiting is the beginning of any successful organization, and you can play a key role in this position. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITING DEPARTMENT: *Places recruiting ads on social media platforms and other sites
*Arranges for proper recruiting environment
*Scheduling and performing interviews 2 days a week
*Coordinates College recruiting when applicable
*Promotes personal recruiting program
*Keeps accurate records 
*Conducts product training programs for new representatives 3 days a week
*Follows through on orientation of new dealers to insure maximum benefit
*Able to take calls over the weekend
*The primary mission of a Recruiter is to consistently recruit and develop new dealers for the organization to insure the growth of the Distributorship.
