We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Management and Program Analyst to join our team in Washington D.C. In this role, you'll play a critical role in supporting our client, the
Office of Foreign Assistance, by managing data and reporting related to global crises and their impact.
What You'll Do:
Analyze legislation and reports to understand how they affect global crises.
Draft clear and concise reports, briefings, and talking points for the Administration and Congress.
Track Congressional reporting requirements and ensure they're met on time.
Manage inquiries from the press and ensure accurate information is released.
Prepare funding approval and reprogramming packages.
Track funding allocations and expenditures for impactful reporting.
Research and reconcile data inconsistencies for accurate reporting.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop impactful messaging strategies.
Work with IT to build efficient tracking and reporting systems.
Support coordination with various government agencies crucial for foreign assistance efforts.

Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in a relevant field like accounting, finance, international relations, or public administration.
2-5 years of experience working with government agencies like the Department of State or USAID.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a multicultural team.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Experience in international relations, foreign assistance budgeting, or program management is a plus.
