Job summary
Immediate opening at 3800 Acqua apartment complex in Suffolk, VAFull-time position with hours from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - FridayOn-call rotation with Maintenance Team on evenings and weekends required

Responsibilities
• Keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris daily• Assisting with preparation of vacant apartments• Responding to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner• Performing on-call emergency services• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
