Responsibilities
• Ensure production floor runs smoothly and efficiently by performing maintenance tasks• Perform necessary repairs on machines• Look for ways to improve processes• Assist electricians and preventative maintenance crew as necessary• Complete work orders in a timely manner• Perform weld fabrication• Abide by all company policies• Read, analyze, and interpret business documents• Write reports and correspondence• Effectively present information to groups
Requirements
• Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship program• One to two years of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience• 2nd Shift availability• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and welding• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Ability to work both independently and in a team• Ability to prioritize and multi-task• Good knowledge of the English language• Reach truck, scissor lift, forklift, and crane licenses• Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements• Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 1694
