What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the activities of the Maintenance department, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and conducive to healing. Your responsibilities will include supervising maintenance personnel, implementing preventative maintenance plans, and managing external vendors to meet environmental needs. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other departments to address the evolving needs of our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance personnel and conduct performance evaluations Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans Recruit, hire, and train department staff as needed Coordinate with external vendors for facility repairs and services Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with other departments to meet environmental requirements Conduct fire and disaster drills to maintain compliance with standards Manage department budget and expenses effectively Qualifications: Leadership experience in maintenance management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively Knowledge of safety protocols and facility maintenance Valid driver's license with the State of Oregon Physical Requirements: Ability to perform various physical tasks including operating machinery and lifting objects Comfortable working in different environments and positions Willingness to undergo annual training requirements Join Us: If you're passionate about making a difference and contributing to our mission of recovery, we invite you to apply.
