Keep our facilities, buildings, grounds, and vessels looking top-notch. Handle minor repairs with ease. Oversee inventory like a boss. Ensure our spaces are clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Stay sharp on safety and keep us all secure. Requirements * Must have current Driver's License and/or reliable transportation
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Proven experience in maintenance/construction
* Must have an outstanding work ethic
* The ability to work independently and with a team
* Conscientious with great attention to detail
* Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
* Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
* Basic math skills – read a tape measure accurately
* Communicate clearly with poise, voice control and confidence using correct English and a well-modulated voice.
* Good listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate with people.
* Must be able to lift 60+ pounds
