Maintenance Clerk - Ug Coal Mining

FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Salary Non-ExemptGRADE ASSIGNMENT: NX06JOB LOCATION: Mountain Laurel Complex, Sharples, WVOVERALL JOB PURPOSE:Provide administrative and clerical support to the Maintenance Department.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Ellipse system input for the maintenance department.Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for mine maintenance.Maintain employee training records for the maintenance department.Maintain all records associated with the mine maintenance department.Provide clerical support (typing, filing, copying, etc.) for Maintenance Planner, Engineers, Management and Supervisors.Develop and issue daily maintenance work orders for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.Other duties and projects as assigned.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Superior data entry and Excel spreadsheet skillsExcellent interpersonal communication and organizational skillsMust have demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasksEllipse experience and proficiency (preferred)Willingness to work as a part of a team with behavior that supports this effortPOSITION REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager
