Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Competitive pay rate based on experience. $20-$25 hr What's a typical day as a Manual Lathe & Mill Machine Operator? You'll be: • Operating manual lathe and mill machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Setting up and adjusting machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of experience operating manual lathe and mill machines.
• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints.
• Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Are able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
