We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. While prior experience is not required, candidates must possess a willingness to be trained and a strong ability to read a tape measure accurately. Responsibilities: Operate various types of machinery under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors. Learn and adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machinery as needed. Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to ensure products meet quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in machine operation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
