At Nike, it's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONDeveloping and communicating insights/algorithms for new product design.Utilizing machine learning and statistical modeling techniques for product/system improvement projects.Translating algorithms and technical specifications into code for specific product design, implementation, and improvement environments.Applying deep learning technologies to various interactive user experiences.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop and program integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze, and leverage data in product and systems applications in various environments.Create descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights/algorithms, and communicate them effectively.Utilize machine learning and statistical modeling techniques such as decision trees, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis, and others to enhance product/system performance, quality, data management, and accuracy.Translate algorithms and technical specifications into code using current programming languages and technologies.Conduct programming, implement efficiencies, perform testing, debugging, and document procedures for installation and maintenance.Apply deep learning technologies to enable computers to visualize, learn, and respond to complex situations.Adapt machine learning to areas like virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, robotics, and other interactive user experiences.Collaborate with large-scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments.WHAT YOU WILL BRINGBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.Proficiency in Python, Spark, MLOps, ML Algorithms, with GenAI being a plus.Strong understanding and experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and deep learning technologies.Ability to work effectively in both theoretical development environments and practical product/system design settings.Experience with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments.
