Responsibilities
• Work with Medical Director and medical personnel regarding patients' medical needs• Report significant medical information to patients' doctor or Medical Director• Maintain organized list of medications for each patient• Obtain medical information on new patients enrolled• Relay medical issues to therapists and treatment room staff• Ensure each patient is evaluated by the Medical Director• Make referrals to outside specialists and allied health personnel• Obtain discharge summaries for hospitalized patients• Instruct staff on accident or incident procedures and documentation• Complete reports for suspected abuse cases and document appropriately
Requirements
• Current Arkansas license as a LPN• One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience
