Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated  Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our talented nursing team. As an LPN, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and guests. Responsibilities: Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, adhering to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Provide individualized care to residents and guests, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. Assume responsibility for resident care and direction of nursing during assigned shifts. Requirements: Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and current state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Current BLS/CPR certification (required for all SNFs; ALFs as per state regulations).
