Responsibilities
• Track & trace inbound freight shipments• Build partnerships with vendors, carriers, and DC locations• Assist merchants with tracking merchandise• Communicate critical information to internal and external partners• Anticipate potential operational issues• Analyze and monitor vendor performance• Prioritize tasks and workload• Coordinate and drive recap meetings• Build and maintain relationships with vendors• Flexible work schedule during peak season
Requirements
• 1-3 years of Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience• Ability to interact with all levels and stakeholders• Knowledge of Microsoft Office• College degree preferred• Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills• Excellent customer service and organizational skills• Collaboration, teamwork, and goal-setting abilities• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
