Position Overview:
Are you passionate about making a real difference in civic engagement? We're seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our efforts to increase Latino participation in democracy. Reporting to the Initiative Director, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful programs and initiatives that shape the future of our democracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison between various departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Manage project logistics from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Support the onboarding and training of staff, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Oversee legal compliance, including contract management and vendor relationships
Plan and coordinate events and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in operations and program management
Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
