Job summary
Serve as key member of warehouse, with a focus in shipping & logistics. Drive stakeholder management through process improvements & data analytics.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Act as a process advocate, coordinating daily schedule with work cell leaders & support groups• Coordinate & execute shipments of NN finished goods to NN affiliates & external customers• Generate & process shipping documentation• Coordinate shipment planning with Kuehne & Nagel (4PL partner)• Monitor team inboxes (4PL/other)• Coordinate between warehouses & freight forwarders• Stakeholder Management• Process Improvements• Responsible for investigation & solution of quality problems in warehouse• Ensure compliance with training programs & confirm process
Requirements
• BA/BS degree, or an equivalent combination of education & industry experience required• Minimum five (5) years of manufacturing or logistics experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment required• Project Management experience a plus• Experience using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies & achieving sustainable process improvements preferred• Knowledge of US, EU regulations & guidelines, & application of GMP's preferred• Ability to communicate technical information clearly in writing & presentations preferred• Computer expertise in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP & novoGlow preferred• Demonstrated experience in practical problem solving & process improvement methods a plus• Experience planning, organizing, managing execution, checking results, & revising work plans preferred• Strong communication skills across multiple organizational levels preferred
