Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Promote products and services to customers through chat interactions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements:- Must be energetic and resourceful with a positive attitude- Excellent people management and leadership skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and computer skills- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field- High school diploma or equivalent
