Job Description:
USAA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Live Chat Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting USAA products and services.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate USAA products or services- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on USAA products, services, and promotions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Confident and adaptable personality- Strong persuasion and leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure- Proficient in MS Office and online chat platforms
