Job Description:

Crown Holdings is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality customer interactions- Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to align chat operations with overall business goals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement new chat features and functionalities to enhance the customer experience- Drive innovation and creativity in chat operations to differentiate Crown Holdings from competitors

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in live chat management or a similar role- Proven track record of driving results and exceeding performance targets- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Ability to cooperate and collaborate with cross-functional teams- Creative problem-solving skills- Experience working in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in chat software and other relevant tools
