Position Responsibilities :
Handle all aspects of corporate and construction litigation cases.
Assist with entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, and financing.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents and correspondence.
Represent clients in court proceedings.
Position Skills :
3-5 years of experience Litigation Associate Attorney- (Must have)
Admission to Pennsylvania Bar- (Must have)
Extensive litigation experience- (Must have)
Portable books of business a plus not required
Preferred experience in construction litigation and construction law
Strong legal research and writing skill.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
