Desired Background:
* 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, workers' compensation
* Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
* Optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting
* ABA-accredited law school preferred, not required
* Ability to bring, generate clients leads to swift partnership track
* Licensed to Practice law in Oregon. Washington licensure a plus
