Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS LINUX command level administration Troubleshooting of associated hardware/software to include Dell, HP, Pivot3, VMWare, Citrix Create, track and resolve escalated service desk action items Maintain the security and stability of cross domain enterprise level solutions Provide detailed technical solutions Build, install, move and or break-down systems on-site or remotely Create detailed technical reports and metrics Interact with customers and support personnel at on/off-site data centers Be familiar with Linux audit and reporting tasks Minimum Requirements Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX in an Enterprise environment Enterprise management experience to include LDAP, Configuration Management Tools, DNS, Repo, Backups, Log management Experience with Ansible Playbook Troubleshooting experience of Enterprise Networking experience of Enterprise to include Cisco and Palo Alto Data Center experience Shell Scripting experience Customer service experience Responsive Service Desk experience Excellent communications skills Ability to multi-task Must be a US citizen with a Secret clearance Physical Demands Planned Systems International provides our customers with value-added management consulting and information technology services that consistently deliver success, and we are recognized as a world-class provider of innovative solutions that benefit mankind.
