Title: Temporary Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Remote, US in one of the following states: 
AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, MD, MN, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA
Key Notes/Company Details: Headquartered in both Chicago, IL and London, England. Multi-Billion Dollar Business, Employing over 3600 Lawyers One of the first law firm business development departments to build a market-facing team of business developers with experience selling professional services, and remain a market leader in this area Culture includes individuals of high standards, providing support and collaboration throughout the business Responsibilities: Coordinate full life cycle of lateral candidates Create job requisitions and postings Maintain candidate files in the applicant tracking system Coordinate interview schedules Compile candidate feedback Prepare standard offer letters Direct communication with search firm agencies, associate, and partner candidates Ensure seamless candidate experience Manage conflicts and background checks Collaborate on special projects, including market intel Team with practice group for summer associate reviews and summit Handle ad hoc administrative requests Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required Foster positive work relationships Comply with all firm policies and practices Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned. Background Requirements: 3 years' experience in a legal recruiting or similar environment  Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  Qualified learning and working in new recruiting/HR software programs Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Meticulous attention to detail  A team player with a self-starter attitude Must be able to work flexible/additional hours as needed Education: High School diploma, or GED Bachelor's Degree is preferred
