Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls, ensuring all communications are logged and messages are accurately relayed. Efficiently process and track new case leads from various channels, utilizing scripts to gather consistent and essential information. Proactively follow up on leads to clarify their status within our intake system, ensuring thorough follow-through and record-keeping. Handle all incoming faxes, directing them to the relevant paralegal or attorney, and contribute to weekly intake summary meetings. Support legal projects and collaborate with team members on ad-hoc duties to enhance our client service delivery. Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Deep understanding of legal terminologies and research techniques. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, paired with a genuine sense of compassion and empathy. Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a bustling environment. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Discretion, confidentiality, and the capacity to make sound decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal software. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. Education and Experience: An associate's degree is required. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Intake Specialist is preferred, ideally within a Personal Injury law firm. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Consistent, punctual attendance is essential, with a requirement to work on-site. Ready to Make Your Mark?
