We are looking for hospitality professionals that have the potential for leadership positions. Specifically for roles in catering and general management. These opportunities would be full time with open availability.

Responsibilities include: Have an operational focus on one key department of the business Have the capacity to lead multiple departments of the business  Have leadership experience in an organization Have the ability to lead leaders Restaurant experience not required Opportunities to grow personally and professionally Knowledge of profit and loss statements is beneficial Proficient in exceptional customer service Train, develop, and recognize the best people Manage daily activities to ensure guests recieve excellent service, quality food, and accurate orders Insures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines Insures that workstations are clean at all times and demonstrate a strong awareness for food quality/safety Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback Manage employee performance and policy/procedure violations with appropriate handling Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations Additional Job Responsibilities: Work in position alongside team and you must know this is NOT a desk job! Must be humble & patient enough to learn the Chick-fil-A way for roughly 6 months to understand everything operationally Working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant offers the opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a fast-paced environment. Many Team Members are offered advancement opportunities at their local restaurant, and many others take the skills they've learned working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant to pursue other opportunities. Either way, it will be a place where you'll be proud to work and that will prepare you for the future, wherever it may lead. Requirements * Minimum 18 years old
* Previous leadership experience required
* Must have OPEN availability (meaning you can work anyday, anytime)
* Ability to multitask
* Adaptable and flexible to change (adjust to multiple demands)
* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
* Honors and encourages others to follow the mission, vision, and values of the restaurant
* Must have a source of reliable transportation
