Responsibilities
• Grow clients' accounts monthly• Responsible for customer service, price setting, promoting listings, and identifying products• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and management• Track competitors' tactics and be familiar with surrounding businesses• Maintain and build positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers• Utilize existing sales systems and drive sales overall• Plan and implement corporate and departmental initiatives, policies, and procedures• Ensure continuous improvement and increases in sales• Manage escalations and promotions• Specify prices and maintain relationships with clients and customers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or related field• Previous customer service/cashier experience in a retail environment• High School Diploma or equivalent• Self-starter with a sense of ownership who is adaptable, resilient, and can work independently• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
