If you are an experienced, licensed Master Esthetician with excellent guest service skills & extensive knowledge of the Esthetics & Spa industries, our Lead Master Esthetician position at The Spa at Zermatt Utah may be the perfect position for you! Our gorgeous Spa at Zermatt, which is located in beautiful Midway, Utah offers 12 treatment rooms, a co-ed steam room and sauna, an elegant Spa relaxation room, as well as a connected Wellness Center and indoor/outdoor pool. We are seeking a professional, experienced Lead Master Esthetician to fill a position in our Spa. The Lead Master Esthetician will be responsible for providing guests with a calm, relaxing, therapeutic atmosphere, as well as various professional facials, body, hand and foot treatments. Our Lead Master Esthetician also trains newly hired estheticians and participates in the interview and recruitment process. In addition, the Lead may also, at times, assist with administrative duties at the Spa Front Desk, as well as in assisting the Spa Director in developing and implementing Spa SOPs and other protocol.
Requirements for this position include excellent guest service & verbal/written communication skills, a flexible schedule, the ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends & holidays. Must hold a current, valid Utah Esthetics license. This position also requires a minimum of 1 year of Esthetics experience; prior Supervisory experience is strongly preferred but not required. Additionally, our Lead must have strong leadership and mentoring skills, as this position is responsible for providing excellent on the job training and mentoring to those new to the industry.
