Strong company culture, branch of a larger organization Year-round training and development Full company benefits with matching 401k Tool purchase program Responsibilities: HVAC Service Technician Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose system malfunctions, identify root causes of issues, and recommend and implement appropriate repair solutions, including replacing defective parts, adjusting controls, and calibrating equipment. Conduct comprehensive inspections and assessments of HVAC systems, including checking electrical connections, testing airflow and refrigerant levels, and evaluating system performance to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Communicate with clients to explain service options, provide estimates for repair costs, and answer any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the service process Be able to communicate to the office any additional work or engineering issues that may be require an RFI or change orders. Be able to give direction and oversee the actions of an apprentice if under your direct supervision. Perform all the required duties while adhering to company safety policies and regulations. Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers. Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
