• Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly• Collaborate with hotel management team• Perform quality control checks• Assist with scheduling and coordinating housekeeping staff• Meet guest demands, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish• 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, 1 year in a supervisory role• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work weekends and holidays• Exceptional customer service skills• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques• Reliable and punctual
