Responsibilities: Oversee various civil engineering projects, including site layout, design, and planning. Lead a wide range of civil engineering analysis and design tasks. Coordinate with local municipalities, utilities, and environmental agencies. Conduct site investigations and document existing conditions. Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and bid packages. Supervise project plans and design calculations. Provide solutions during the construction administration phase. Engage with existing and potential clients. Lead the preparation of technical content for proposals. Attend industry and business development functions. Mentor and develop local engineering staff. Perform project financial updates and revenue projections. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. 12+ years of progressive experience in Site and Civil Engineering. NJ PE required. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to provide constructive guidance to engineers and drafters. Understanding and application of local code and permitting requirements.
