Responsible for administrative support of a Senior Vice President of Communications and Chief of StaffPartner with Domino's Communications team for events, meetings, and projectsAssist with planning Company-wide events and provide general office support
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to Domino's Communication Leader(s)• Schedule appointments and coordinate staff and other meetings• Facilitate meetings by collating materials, following agenda, and taking notes• Manage travel arrangements and logistics• Draft, review, and send department announcements• Coordinate administrative functions and assist with planning events• Assist with general office support• Assist with special projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Minimum of 2 years administrative coordination supporting leadership roles• Experienced in calendar management and expense reports preferred• Ability to travel when required• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills• Exemplary attention to detail and time management• Ability to form trust and strong working relationships• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Experience planning events and familiarity with travel processes a plus
