Details of the offer

Constructs aircraft structure parts by laying-up resin infused carbon fiber in a sequence and process in an autoclave as described on engineering drawings and company specifications.
Due to the differences in complexity of the job, and the materials being used, there are extensions associated with the Lay Up and Title. The list of extensions includes, but is not limited to:
- Seats - Fortified Doors
- Sidewalls - Tanker
- 9 - Baggage Liners
- Ceiling Panels - Exit Doors
Lead position entails ensuring production schedule is maintained, and involvement in assisting the supervisor in management of the Lay Up team.
Summary of Duties:
Adheres to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders
Documents the materials used in the process to maintain traceability including out times of cold stored materials.
Builds structural components via vacuum bagging using resin systems with carbon fiber reinforcements,
Properly identifies and communicate defects in tooling.
Meet takt times while maintaining specified level of quality
Safely handles various regulated materials used in the process.
General Notes:
Must carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling.

As business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future.
