This is an on-site position located at our Corporate Office in Monroe, NC. 
The Land Administrator is responsible for obtaining, reviewing and documenting information related to new communities and lots within the communities. The Land Administrator will collaborate with each market partner to obtain information required to accurately complete the new community roll out workbook. The Land Administrator will track and report on new development status and complete the Land Development new community business and sales roll out process from initiation through completion. 
Responsibilities: Proactively initiates new community business and sales roll outs based on the transition reportReviews construction plans, community restrictions and zoning requirements to complete new community roll out workbookCollaborates with market team and roll out team to complete New Community Phase 1 Roll Out ProcessCollaborates with market teams and roll out team to complete New Community Sales Roll Out ProcessMaintains new community development status report weeklyLeads weekly development status/roll out meetingMaintains community attributes in TrinityProcesses lot accounting change requests in a timely manner, following standard processProcesses lot turnovers within 4 hours of approval from Estimating Team, following standard processUtilizes geographic information systems to obtain property informationMaintains community positioning white board and GIS map monthly based off the transition report monthlyResponds to a wide variety of requests initiated from internal team and external stakeholders with a helpful   professional attitude, seek to understand, and respond in a timely mannerPerforms other duties as needed or requiredResults/Accountability: New Community workbook completed prior to New Community Roll OutNew Community Roll Outs initiated timely and completed within 30 days following mobilizationNew Community Sales Roll outs completed to meet sales goalsNew Community Development status accurately updated weeklyTrinity community attributes and lot information updated timely and accurately Qualifications: High School GED required, Bachelor's degree in business preferredOne or more years of experience in related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft office specifically Excel and PowerPointAbility to analyze, draw conclusions and document information from multiple sourcesAbility to collaborate across functionsUrgency to complete a task and understanding of the value in a dayGeneral Requirements: Excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills, written, and verbal skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComply with all company policies and proceduresDemonstrate the qualities and character traits as defined in the Sustainable Competitive AdvantagePhysical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the timeAssociate needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office equipmentTrue Homes offers a highly competitive salary in addition to benefits including health and vision program and company paid dental, Life & AD&D, short-term and long term disability and 18 days of paid time off in your first year.
