Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and update menu offerings based on seasonality and customer feedback Work with the Marketing Team on menu design and content for various platforms Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Implement and enforce sanitation and cleanliness standards Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in kitchen operations and procedures Qualifications: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role Proficient in menu planning and costing Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Outstanding communication and leadership skills Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and best practices ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus Experience using Microsoft Office Benefits: Ski pass, Health Insurance, Paid Vacation Time, Oppertunities for Advancement Compensation: $50k-$70k.
