Join the home for entrepreneurs! Your role in our team You will support the Automation team in delivering HR services and solutions to the business. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and the business leaders to provide guidance and advice on employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and other HR matters. You will also assist in implementing HR policies and programs, conducting HR data analysis, and coordinating HR projects and initiatives. You will partner with the business unit leadership and the Senior HR Business Partner to understand the business needs and objectives and provide HR support and solutions accordingly. You will assist in managing employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and employment laws. You will support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. You will facilitate talent development activities, such as training, career planning, succession planning, and talent reviews. You will contribute to the compensation and benefits administration, including market analysis, salary surveys, pay equity, and reward and recognition programs. You will analyze HR data and metrics and prepare reports and presentations to support decision making and continuous improvement. You will coordinate and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellness, and employer branding. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation in the HR system and files. You will stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will support the Automation leadership team with other tasks and duties. Your profile You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. You have at least one year of experience in HR or related field. You have knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations. You have strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. You are able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. You have a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. You have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. You are willing to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. You are able to work in a hybrid mode, reporting to the office at least four days per week. You are able to travel up to 15% of the time, if needed.
