Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of approximately 25-30 job candidates• Help candidates identify work they are interested in pursuing• Conduct job searches to secure employment• Contact local businesses to assist in securing employment• Assist candidates in learning tasks and responsibilities of their new position• Support candidates in developing necessary job skills
Requirements
• Must complete 9.5 hours of Job Coach/Developer training within 30 days of hire• Must complete Job Coaching and Job Developer certification within 30 days or when available• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities preferred
