12 Month Position Details: The Opportunity:
As the IT Support Technician 2 you will provide desktop support and system configuration, including troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues. Additionally, you will provide training for faculty, staff and students, network support, and server maintenance and administration. You will have the opportunity to maintain large format printers and laser printers as well as respond to requests for assistance. Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience in information technology related activities such as testing, installing, maintaining, supporting, and/or averting hardware/software system failures on client applications, hardware and software products, mainframe systems, network infrastructure equipment, or telecommunications software or hardware OR equivalent education/experience.
Experience with Windows AD user account administration.
Preferred Qualifications: Large format printing experience (HP DesignJet)

Monthly Salary: $3,883 - $5,214 (Range 46 Steps A - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 .
