The IT Account Manager Consultant is responsible for managing client relationships and serving as a consultant (Trusted Advisor) to clients. This role requires a hybrid of technical and customer-focused skill sets. As an IT Account Manager, you are seen as a single point of contact to our clients. A key resource that can help direct change in the client's environment and guide technical staff at Revolution Group to accomplish goals. The position is a hybrid of work from home and at the office, with a minimum of three days per week at the office.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers at both the operational and executive levels and make presentations as appropriate. Act as single point of contact between client and Revolution Group. The ideal candidate will have information technology infrastructure management experience in their background. Ability to drive personal vehicle for required on-site visits.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7-15 years of varied IT technical experience, or combination. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce.com CRM helpful. Certifications and years of experiencemanaging and supporting specific technical platforms preferred. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of serving customers and helping other people. Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client-oriented team. Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness. Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision. Ability to make decisions in matters of significance. Industry recognized certificates are a plus to include but not limited to ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA. Benefits Competitive pay structure
