Responsibilities
• Store, manage, and track company documents• Scan, image, organize, and maintain documents• Control the retrieval of documents• Receive and process Requests for Information (RFIs)• Help project managers develop and maintain documents• Train employees on records management procedures and policies• Assist with file migrations and audits• Prepare and submit spool dossier for review• Maintain and verify lots for welders• Train weld loggers for data entry and NDE selection
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1+ years' experience in field or related area• Proficient in Microsoft Office• No specific certifications or licenses required
