Responsibilities
• Evaluate and track irrigation performance and production levels• Help train new irrigation employees• Prepare weekly schedule for irrigation jobs in conjunction with other divisions• Recommend and develop improved systems• Troubleshoot irrigation and lighting• Recommend irrigation upgrades to commercial, residential and HOA customers• Learn how to program and control Wi-Fi-based irrigation controllers• Prepare irrigation system/lighting bids
Requirements
• At least 1 year of general landscaping and/or construction (preferred but not required)• Ability to learn new systems, methods, & procedures• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Perform tasks associated with installing irrigation systems (digging, trenching, etc.)• Thorough knowledge of irrigation systems operation, irrigation components, installation procedures, and troubleshooting• Maintain a steady work schedule• Have a driver's license and are insurable• Open to occasional overtime• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
