Sunshine Senior Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Contracting Specialist to join our Licensing Team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a high-energy office environment and are eager to manage contracts and accounts efficiently while contributing to our company culture.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies and agents regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Process and manage contracts for agencies and agents ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Provide limited support for our online contract service platform(s).
- Maintain a master list of all agent contracts, writing numbers, expiration dates, and related information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of down-line contracts and related data.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline the contracting process and improve the overall service delivery.

- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in insurance contracting or a related field.

- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Proficiency in CRM management.
