Responsibilities
• Assist with renewal process and policy updates.• Facilitate communication with clients and claims adjusters for processing documentation.• Meet regularly with agents to stay updated on industry standards and policy updates.• Document policy changes on customer accounts.• Ensure compliance with NAIC regulations.
Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.• Active insurance license or willingness to get licensed within 90 days.• Insurance industry experience preferred, but not required.• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
