Insulation Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Insulation Estimator to join our team. As an Insulation Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for insulation projects based on mechanical estimator specifications. You will work closely with our mechanical estimator to ensure all costs associated with the insulation installation are accurately captured.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze mechanical estimator specifications and design drawings to develop accurate insulation estimates for projects Evaluate insulation materials and labor costs to create comprehensive and accurate job cost estimates Identify potential project risks and suggest ways to minimize or eliminate them Participate in regular coordination meetings with the mechanical estimator to ensure proper cost estimation Consult with vendors and subcontractors to acquire accurate pricing information Create detailed reports on job estimates and submit them to the mechanical estimator Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in insulation estimating Familiarity with mechanical estimator requirements and design drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and keen eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Benefits What's In It For Me: - Competitive salary ($80-115k)
