Allen College is seeking candidates for a full-time instructor and undergraduate nursing clinical coordinator faculty position beginning August 2024. The faculty member shall hold an academic faculty appointment at the rank commensurate with education and experience (Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor).

A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or a bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in nursing program discipline OR two years clinical experience in nursing. Current clinical skills and demonstrated competency in practice. Evidence of ability in teaching as indicated by others in the field or promising potential to teach. Demonstrated beginning ability to do scholarly work appropriate to the individual's field.
