If you're looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today!Responsibilities:Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leadsQualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experienceRecord monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being metCommunicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipelineWork within your specific geography to find new business opportunitiesQualifications:2+ years of experience in sales or a similar roleExperience using CRM software as part of the sales processMust have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by carStrong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredAbout Company:We are a team of people helping people. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company.Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
