Overview We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Operator to join our team at our facility in South Haven, MI, 49090. The ideal candidate will have experience with extrusion and injection molding machines, as well as a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Operate extrusion and injection molding machines Perform machine setups for production runs Conduct quality inspections of finished products Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise Program industrial robots for manufacturing tasks Utilize hydraulics and pneumatics experience to maintain equipment Qualifications Prior experience with injection molding machines Ability to meet physical requirements of the job Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of plastic extrusion processes Experience with industrial robot programming Commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of the job You should be proficient in:
