Requisition Summary Dynacraft is seeking a Summer Intern in Information Technology Operations in Louisville, Kentucky.
This is an opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic work environment that will test and develop your analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities. This position will work as part of a team to provide support to employees and assist in a Microsoft environment. Activities include, but are not limited to computer setup, application troubleshooting, software installation, and multimedia support. You will be exposed to a broad range of technologies that support Manufacturing, Engineering, and Administration functions.
Job Functions / Responsibilities Participate in the Agile Process and Participate as part of an Agile Team to delivery sprints/projects that meet customer expectations Imaging and deployment for computer assets. Active Directory management and clean-up. Assisting Production Technology deployments. Performing security updates to workstations to ensure continuous compliance. Perform various Audits to ensure compliance to PACCAR IT Standards Support Service Requests Analyze data and recommend process improvement initiatives Skills / Competencies Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-motivation and energetic personality Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to work well alone or with others Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite Sense of urgency Education Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, or another related program.
