Responsibilities
• Manage 3-4 in-house Industrial Engineers• Provide project leadership and prioritize projects• Ensure milestones are met and adhere to budget• Develop and maintain accurate engineered standards• Develop best practices for all job functions• Test and rollout new concepts for process improvements• Support design and installation of material handling equipment• Utilize labor data for capital expenditure cost rationalization• Support expense and throughput improvement initiatives• Develop standard operating procedures and build relationships
Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in Distribution Center Operations• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred• Experience with work measurement and time study expertise• Team education and facilitation skills• Coaching and direction experience• Experience in management observation and accountability programs• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information• Ability to interact across organizational levels and functions• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
